YOUR ORDER Once you make a purchase, your order will leave our warehouse within 3 business days. Cost of shipment will be calculated during purchase and check out. If we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item, we will make your order immediately and ensure it leaves our shop within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming your order with an estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING All orders are shipped by expedited mail. Shipments can be delivered to Post Office Boxes and internationally. .

PRICING All pricing is subject to change without notice, and is considered final at the time of your purchase. We unfortunately can not honor lower price requests if the price is subsequently discounted by us or offered at a lower rate by another retailer.

TAX No tax is charged on our product at this time.

RETURNS If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition within 14 days from the ship date. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or opened. Ingredients kits must be in sealed original packaging and returned with all other items and packaging materials in unused condition in order to qualify for a refund. All acceptable refunds will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase less shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 days from the time we receive the item to inspect the contents and process your return.

In order to return your purchase, please follow the following procedures:

1. You must
contact us and request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.2. Upon receipt of your RMA, place the items to be returned (ingredients kits in sealed original packaging and all other items and packaging materials in unused condition) in an appropriate shipping box.3. Affix a shipping label to the box as advised in the email confirming your RMA number.
